RETURNS EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Five Finger Discount currently uses a “Print on Demand” service for production and fulfillment. Print on Demand provides ease of use and is most cost-effective way for the Five Finger Discount to operate at a smaller scale. Because our products are produced on demand and the production facility provides fulfillment, Five Finger Discount is very limited in its abilities when it comes to Returns, Exchanges and Refunds so please take the time to read the sizing information provided and do a thorough review of your order before finalizing it.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds - We are not able to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason other than those listed below:

  •  Wrong Item
  •  Misprinted Item
  •  Damaged Item
  •  Defective Item

Any claims for having received the wrong, misprinted, damaged, or defective item(s) must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. After 30 days we are not able to process the claim for a refund or replacement. Claims deemed by Five Finger Discount to be an error in fulfillment (wrong, misprinted, damaged or defective items) are covered at our expense.

To submit a claim, send an email to support@fivefinger.discount informing us there is an issue with your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the wrong, misprinted, damaged or defective item, and pictures of the wrong, misprinted, damaged or defective item. Five Finger Discount will share your information with the production facility and make a determination how best to remedy the issue. Once Five Finger Discount and the production facility make a determination, Five Finger Discount will respond back to you with the options available to you.

Orders Lost in Transit - For shipments lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to the carrier/courier following their guidelines.

Wrong Address - If an address is provided that is considered insufficient by the carrier/courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. The recipient will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address confirmed.

Unclaimed - For shipments that go unclaimed and are returned the production facility, the recipient will be liable for the cost of reshipment. After 30 days unclaimed returns are donated to charity.

DO NOT attempt to return a shipment to the production facility’s address prior to contacting Five Finger Discount for assistance with your concern. Please contact Five Finger Discount at support@fivefinger.discount informing us there is an issue with your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the wrong, misprinted, damaged or defective item, and pictures of the wrong, misprinted, damaged or defective item. If you opt to send your shipment back to the production facility prior to contacting Five Finger Discount. The production facility will treat it as an Unclaimed shipment and after 30 days it will be donated to charity.
